Witnesses are not guaranteed, even with advance notice.

Clients are strongly encouraged to coordinate their own witnesses to avoid delays or rescheduling.

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have no direct or indirect benefit from the contents of the document
• Present a valid government-issued photo ID

Witnesses may be provided if available, for an additional fee, but availability cannot be assured.
