  • Individual Real Estate Signings – Printing & Scanback Policy:


    Printing and/or scanbacks are $10 additional for individual clients.

    To avoid additional fees and delays, individuals are strongly encouraged to print documents in advance and handle scanbacks independently whenever possible.

  • Will printing and/or scanbacks be required? Please answer as accurately as possible. This helps us prepare and avoid delays.*

    Witnesses are not guaranteed, even with advance notice.

    Clients are strongly encouraged to coordinate their own witnesses to avoid delays or rescheduling.

    Any witness must:
    • Be 18 years of age or older
    • Have no direct or indirect benefit from the contents of the document
    • Present a valid government-issued photo ID

    Witnesses may be provided if available, for an additional fee, but availability cannot be assured.

  • Preferred Payment Methods: Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Cash are encouraged to help minimize transaction costs and keep our service fees competitive. Venmo and credit card payments are also accepted for your convenience.

  • Invoice is not a payment option for an individual. Please select a different option.

  • Scheduling Fee:

    A non-refundable scheduling fee of $25 is required to book your individual consumer appointment which will be credited toward the full fee. You may pay using the preferred non-credit card  options or by credit card below. The balance will be due at the appointment (receipts provided).
