Vendor Agreement & Terms
By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms for participating as a vendor at a Self Made Legends event: I understand that the vendor fee of $75 is non-refundable, and all sales are final, regardless of attendance, cancellation, or inability to participate. I agree to operate my vendor booth in a professional, respectful, and safe manner throughout the event. I understand that Self Made Legends is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items belonging to vendors. I acknowledge that booth placement is determined by event organizers and may be adjusted as needed. I agree to comply with all event rules, venue policies, and local regulations applicable to my business. I grant Self Made Legends permission to use photos and videos taken during the event that may include my booth, products, or brand for marketing and promotional purposes. I understand that participation as a vendor does not guarantee sales, and success depends on individual engagement and product offerings. I release Self Made Legends, event staff, and venue partners from any liability related to injury, loss, or damages incurred during the event.
