FLYING ‘U’ RODEO CO., INC. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY,
ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to officiate, observe, work for, ride, be a contestant, or participate in any way at the FLYING U RODEO FREE ROUGH STOCK SCHOOL (“EVENT”), on April 20-21, 2026 (“Date”), I, (hereinafter referred to as “UNDERSIGNED”), for myself, my personal representatives, heirs and next of kin:

1. Hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, and DISCHARGE the Flying ‘U’ Rodeo Co. Inc., a Nevada Corporation, it’s employees, agents, officers, Karin Rosser (“FLYING U”), Reno Rosser, Nicole Rosser, Katharine Rosser, Cindy Rosser, the promoters, participants, sanctioning organizations or any affiliate, subsidiary or subdivision thereof, sponsors, advertisers, owners and lessees of premises used to conduct the EVENT, premises and EVENT inspectors, surveyors, underwriters, consultants and others who give recommendations, directions, or instructions or engage in risk evaluation or less control activities regarding the premises or EVENT and for each of them, their directors, officers, agents, members, and employees, all for the purposes herein referred to as “RELEASEES”, from all liability to UNDERSIGNED, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefor on account of injury to the person or property or resulting in the death of the UNDERSIGNED arising out of or related to the EVENT, whether caused by the negligence of the RELEASEES or otherwise.

2. Hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, and DISCHARGE the RELEASEES for being permitted to enter for any purpose any RESTRICTED AREA (herein defined as including but not limited to the rodeo arena, competition area, chutes, pens, areas reserved and intended for participants or restricted to the general public, and all walkways, concessions and other areas appurtenant to any area where any activity related to the EVENT shall take place). The UNDERSIGNED acknowledges, agrees and represents that he or she has, or will immediately upon entering any such RESTRICTED AREAS, and will continuously therefor, inspect such RESTRICTED AREAS and all portions thereof which are entered and with which contact is made, and further warrants that entry upon such RESTRICTED AREA or areas and participation, if any, in the EVENT constitutes an acknowledgment that such RESTRICTED AREA has been inspected and that it is found and deemed safe and reasonably suited for the purpose of use, and further agrees and warrants that if, at any time, a RESTRICTED AREA feels unsafe, UNDERSIGNED will immediately leave the RESTRICTED AREAS.

3. Hereby AGREE to INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the RELEASEES and each of them from loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to claims brought against the RELEASEES arising out of my injury, death, or damage to my property while I am in RESTRICTED AREAS and/or while competing, practicing, officiating, observing, or working for or for any purpose participating in the EVENT and whether caused by the negligence of the RELEASEES or otherwise.

4. Hereby ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE to me arising out of or related to the EVENT or while in or upon the RESTRICTED AREAS, whether caused by the negligence of RELEASEES or otherwise.

5. Hereby ACKNOWLEDGES and AGREES that the activities of the EVENT are very dangerous and involve the risk of serious injury, death, or property damage. Further ACKNOWLEDGES and EXPRESSLY AGREES that the foregoing release, waiver, and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of the State in which the EVENT is conducted and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. I also expressly acknowledge that injuries may be compounded or increased by negligent rescue operations or procedures of the RELEASEES.

6. The UNDERSIGNED covenants that the UNDERSIGNED shall not now or at any time in the future, directly or indirectly, commence or prosecute any action, suit or other proceeding against RELEASEES, concerning, arising out of, or related to the actions, causes of actions, claims and demands hereby waived, released or discharged by the UNDERSIGNED.

7. This Release shall be binding upon the UNDERSIGNED and the UNDERSIGNED’S spouse, legal representative, heirs, successors and assigns. This Release has been carefully and fully read by the RELEASEES and the RELEASEES fully understands its terms and conditions and has voluntarily executed and delivered this Release.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE, OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND INTEND MY SIGNATURE TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT NO ORAL REPRESENTATIONS, STATEMENTS OR INDUCEMENTS APART FROM THE FOREGOING WRITTEN AGREEMENT HAVE BEEN MADE.

 YOU WILL ALSO BE SIGNING A RELEASE IN PERSON UPON CHECKING IN AT THE RODEO SCHOOL.

MINOR RELEASE AND MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

IF PARENT/GUARDIAN WILL NOT BE PRESENT AT THE RODEO SCHOOL, THE RELEASE/WAIVER MUST BE PRINTED AND SIGNED BY A PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN BEFORE A NOTARY.  YOU CAN OBTAIN THE RELEASE FROM THE FLYING U RODEO FREE ROUGHSTOCK SCHOOL FACEBOOK PAGE.

1. I hereby give my permission for my above named son/daughter/ward (the “Minor”) to attend and to participate and/or compete in the EVENT or activities conducted, sanctioned, and/or administered by the RELEASEES.

2. I hereby on behalf of my self and my above named Minor, ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY for any risk of loss sustained by Minor or UNDERSIGNED arising out of or related to the EVENT or activities whether caused by the negligence of the RELEASEEES or otherwise.

3. I have read the above Release in full, I fully understand its terms and conditions and I hereby voluntarily execute and deliver this consent to the Minor’s participation in the EVENT. I further agree to be fully bound by the Release’s terms and conditions in both my individual capacity and in my capacity as parent or legal guardian.

4. I have discussed the consequences and dangers of the EVENT with the Minor. I agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless the RELEASEES from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur because of any defects in or lack of capacity to act on behalf of the Minor.

5. As Parent and/or Guardian of the Minor, I hereby authorize the diagnosis and treatment by a qualified and licensed medical professional, of the Minor, in the event of a medical emergency, which in the opinion of the attending medical professional, requires immediate attention to prevent further endangerment of the minor’s life, physical disfigurement, physical impairment, or other undue pain, suffering or discomfort, if delayed.

6. This release is authorized and executed of my own free will, with the sole purpose of authorizing medical treatment under emergency circumstances, for the protection of life and limb of the named minor child, in my absence.

Confirmation

BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.
