Celebrate The Workroom’s 13th Anniversary with a one-of-a-kind outdoor artisan market at Naftzger Park! St. Francis Street will be closed off for this festive event, featuring the Bubbly Garden, a champagne-inspired beer garden provided by BUBBLES Champagne Bar. Don’t miss this incredible opportunity to showcase your work to a vibrant crowd eager for unique finds and creative treasures.

This juried event is designed to highlight the finest handcrafted, upcycled, locally designed, or artistically embellished products. It’s the perfect setting to connect with customers, boost sales, and be part of a celebration honoring Wichita’s creative spirit!

Vendor Space Options:

$75 for a 10' x 10' booth
$120 for a 10' x 20' booth
$75 for a single food truck space

Important Details:

This is a juried event, and all applications will be carefully reviewed to ensure a balanced variety of offerings. Upon review you will recieve an email confirming your participation in the event and promotional materials to start sharing and promoting this event. If your application is not selected you will be notified within 7 days of application with a full refund.

ICT Bazaars and The Workroom are proud to celebrate and support handmade, artist-created work. For that reason, we do not accept artwork or designs that are created primarily using AI (artificial intelligence) generators. All work should be the original creation of the artist applying. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep our events focused on human creativity, craftsmanship, and original design.

What types of vendors are you accepting?
We are looking for artisans, makers, and food vendors offering handcrafted, upcycled, or uniquely designed products, not AI generated. Food trucks are welcome! Please note that no copyrighted or AI generated materials will be allowed.

How will I know if I’m accepted?
After submitting your application, you’ll receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. Final acceptance notifications will be sent within 7 days to secure your spot.

I am a musician or performer, how can I participate in this event? Please email info@theworkroomict.com and tell us more about what you could bring to the event. Performers of interest include: musicians, dancers, balloon animals, hula hoopers, fire dancers, bubbles and more! We want this to FEEL like a Bazaar and love to hear your ideas. The more fun and interactive the better!

What’s the event-day schedule like?
All accepted vendors will receive a detailed email one week before the event, including load-in times, parking information, and safety guidelines. No late set ups or early tear downs allowed.

Do I need to bring my own setup?
Yes, vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, and display materials. Tents are highly recommended due to unpredictable weather and must be securely weighted for safety. Naftzger has artificial turf which cannot accomodate stakes. Vendors must bring and are responsible for properly securing tents with weights.

Can I promote my participation?
Absolutely! Vendors are encouraged to share their attendance on social media. While we’ll promote the event and vendors, your audience will appreciate hearing directly from you.

Why is this a juried event?
To create a vibrant and diverse shopping experience, we carefully select vendors to ensure there is not too much overlap in product categories. This helps everyone succeed while offering customers an exciting variety of goods.

Artist/Vendor will be assigned load in time based on booth placement, for the purpose of setting up Artist/Vendor’s stall, goods, and other things necessary and reasonable to vending at the location. All materials to be provided by Artist/Vendor including but not limited to: tent/canopy, tables, chairs, weights, signage, power supply if necessary.Artist/Vendor’s stall will be kept clean and orderly; and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the City of Wichita and State of Kansas.Please, no loud music, noise, or sound amplification devices to be used. We will be featuring local musicians throughout the event and we want to be courteous to their performances.Artist/Vendor will have access to the location for up to 1 hour after the event’s conclusion to dismantle and remove all things brought to the location by the Artist/Vendor. Please leave the location clean of trash and debris.Cancellations are to be submitted in writing no later than 4 weeks in advance of market to aid us in the planning of booth assignments/ requests and promotions of the event. After March 15, all fees are non refundable. If The Workroom cancels due to circumstance including, but not limited to, weather the booth fees will be eligible to be applied to future market or comparable event hosted by The Workroom.No late set up or early tear down allowed. Vendors that do not comply will not be accepted back to a Workroom or ICTBazaar event.I understand no artwork or designs that are created primarily using AI (artificial intelligence) generators will be permitted and will be asked to remove to protect the integrity of handmade, artist-created work.. All work should be the original creation of the artist applying.I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Workroom against any damages or claims that may arise in connection with Artist/Vendor’s presence at the Event and Artists/ Vendor’s activities of any kind and agree to the terms listed above
