About This FAM

Negril Boutique Hotels FAM – Jamaica (Agents Only)

This is a 3-night hosted Familiarization Trip designed exclusively for working travel advisors who want firsthand experience selling Negril’s boutique hotel product.

This FAM focuses on:

• Boutique beachfront accommodations
• In-destination site inspections
• Advisor networking and content creation
• Practical selling knowledge you can use immediately with clients

Host Hotel: Charela Inn, Negril
Location: Seven Mile Beach
Airport: Montego Bay (MBJ)

What’s Included

• 3-night accommodation at a Negril boutique hotel
• Daily breakfast
• Round-trip group airport transfers from MBJ
• Hosted itinerary and on-site coordination
• Boutique hotel site inspections (scheduled on Day 2)

Optional Experience

• Catamaran Cruise to Rick’s Café – $90 per person (includes transfers)

This is a workcation for your travel business , not a cheap vacation. You are coming to learn, build relationships, and create content you can sell from later.

Mobility & Accessibility Notice
Most Jamaica FAM itineraries involve a lot of walking, standing, and climbing stairs, including resort tours and off-site activities. Many properties and excursions are not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for advisors with significant mobility limitations.

If you have mobility concerns, please contact me before registering so we can talk through whether this particular FAM is a safe and realistic fit for you.

Garden View:
• $875 double occupancy
• $1,075 single occupancy
Sea View (Most Popular):
• $975 double occupancy
• $1,175 single occupancy
Deluxe Sea View:
• $1,075 double occupancy
• $1,275 single occupancy

Roommate matching assistance is provided as a courtesy and is not guaranteed.

• Registration is not confirmed until the deposit is paid
• Roommate matching does not reserve or hold a room
• Room assignments are finalized by the host
• If a roommate withdraws or cancels, the remaining participant is responsible for:
  • Securing a replacement roommate or
  • Paying any applicable single-occupancy upgrade
  • Deposits are non-refundable, even if a roommate match is not finalized

 

FAM Terms & Payment Policy (Please Read Carefully)

Nature of the FAM
This is a hosted working Familiarization Trip (FAM) created exclusively for travel advisors.
Professional conduct, punctuality, and full participation in scheduled activities (including site inspections) are required.

This FAM is not a leisure vacation and is designed to support destination knowledge, product training, and selling confidence.

Registration & Payment Policy
Registration is not confirmed until the required deposit is received.
Deposit: $200 per person

Deposit is non-refundable
Deposit is due by Feburary 28, 2026
Final Balance Due: April 13, 2026
Monthly payment arrangements may be offered at the discretion of the host.
Host payment deadlines may be earlier than hotel deadlines to ensure group space remains secured.
Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in removal from the FAM without refund of the deposit.

What Is Included

• Hotel accommodations (based on selected room category and occupancy)
• Daily breakfast
• Group airport transfers from Montego Bay (MBJ) within the scheduled transfer window
• Hosted itinerary and on-site coordination
• Boutique hotel site inspections

What Is Not Included

• Airfare
• Meals outside of breakfast
• Optional excursions or activities (unless added separately)
• Club Mobay  (Suggested for experience)
• Personal expenses, tips, or incidentals
• Travel insurance (strongly recommended)

Deposit Transfer Policy (Important)
Deposits are non-refundable. However, a deposit may be transferred to a replacement participant only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The replacement participant is approved by the host
• The replacement completes full registration
• The transfer request is submitted on or before April 13, 2026
  After April 13, 2026, deposits are no longer transferable under any circumstances.

Rooming & Occupancy Policy
Room categories are limited and assigned based on deposit order and payment status
Double occupancy is based on:Two travel advisors sharing a room
Single occupancy is limited and available at the single-occupancy rate
Final room assignments are determined by the host and are not guaranteed until full payment is received

Group Transfer Window Policy (MBJ ⇄ Negril)
Round-trip airport transportation is included only for participants whose flights fall within the designated group arrival and departure window.

Participants arriving or departing outside the group transfer window are responsible for arranging and paying for private transportation at their own expense.

Cancellations & No-Shows
Deposits are non-refundable.
If a participant cancels, any additional refunds (if applicable) depend on non-recoverable costs already paid on their behalf.
No refunds are issued for:

No-shows
Early departures
Missed activities
Unused portions of the trip

Acknowledgment
By submitting registration and payment, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Documentation You are required to have documentation to leave the United States. It is your responsibility to have the proper paperwork to enter a country. Passports must be valid for 6 months beyond the completion date of your travel.
