You will join a small curated tour designed to connect you directly with leading media figures and music artists through once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

• Monday 18 May: Arrive in Dallas, Meet, Dinner and overnight.
• Tuesday 19 May - Dallas: Visit with KCBI Dallas and a visit to the set of The Chosen.
• Wednesday 20 May - Houston: Visit with Hope Media Group (KSBJ)
• Thursday 21 May - Nashville: Visit with Way FM, KLove and more.
• Friday 22 May - Nashville: Time with music artists, manager, promoters and mals with friends including Riley Clemmons, The Smallbones, Gabe Lyons and Phil and Kathleen Cooke.
• Saturday 23 May - Nashville.  Down Day - and an opportunity to take in all that is Nashville.
• Sunday 24 May - Travel Day - Nashville to Orlando.
• Monday 25 May - Orlando -USA Labour Day.  Day off and an opportunity to explore, visit the parks or just relax by the pool.
• Tuesday 26 May - CMB Momentum Registration and Dinner.
• Wednesday 27 to Friday 29 May - CMB Momentumn including specially organised receptions with artists and leaders - all thanks to our sister organisation relationship and partnership with CMB.
• Saturday 30 May - Tour ends and your own arrangements for travel home or onward in the USA.

Tour Inclusions

Tour inclusions:

• All USA Domestic Flights.  (We only use mainstream trusted airlines with preference for American, Delta and United Airlines)
• Twin Share Accommodation (With Single Room Option) All accommodation is in 3.5 star+ hotels.  We use Marriott chain properties whenever possible - guarenteeing a great night's sleep.  We also choose hotels and location that are known to us, with most also offering laundry services and breakfast inclusions.
• Transfers and Hire Car services.  We use Hertz or Avis hire vehicles providing current vehicles with ample space for luggage and comfort on our travel between land based locations.  Vehicles are driven by experienced and trusted drivers.
• All meals and meal tips.  Taking the hassle out of budgeting and where to eat - we provide all meals and some beverages at select locations.  Meals are an experience of the tour all of their own - with meals planned at select iconic restaurants and location - often times with special guests including Christian leaders and international musicians.
• Meetings and currated experiences including special receptions and money can't buy introductions, conversations and experiences.

 (Single Room not available May 24 and 25 - as this is Condo Accommodation due to the Labour Day Long Weekend)

 An option to join in LA on Sunday 17 May is available.  Additional costs are flights to Dallas, Accommodation and Meals.  Total Approx $A750.

1. International return flights
2. Flights from Orlando to your port of departure on the May 30.
3. Some beverages including alcholic drinks
4. Travel Insurance
5. USA Domestic luggage charges - typically US$40 per checked bag.
6. Visas and ESTA Visa Waiver fees and charges.
7. Tips outside of meal tips.
8. CMB Momentum Registration - US$649.

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. Registation including payment of deposit secures your place on the tour.
2. Evidence of valid travel insurance must be provided to CMAA prior to departure.
3. Your tour will commence: In Dallas at 6pm on Monday 18th May, 2026 (Location TBC) and conclude at approximedly 8am Olando time on Saturday 30th May, 2026.
4. Tour itinerary is subject to change.  CMAA is committed to the best experiences possible, however as we all know, things can change due to unforseen circumstances. 
5. Itineray covers internal flights once tour commences in Dallas. (Except from Orlando to international departure port) accommodation, meals, experiences, introductions and transfers. CMB Momentum is additional cost and registration is the responsibility of traveller.
6. International flights and flights to Dallas are at travellers additional expense and traveller needs to make own booking arranagements.
7. Final tour destination city will be Orlando - allowing for transfer time back to LA, SFO or Dallas for late evening return flights the same day. It is suggested to make your return international flight to Australia or New Zealand no earlier than 8pm on the 30th May to allow for transfer timing.
8. Tour payment schedule.  Unless prior arrangements are made, the payment schedule is: 
   
   1. $1000 Deposit upon booking
   2. 15th March 2026 - remainder of charges Due
9. Alternative payment plans are available upon request.
10. Tour cancellations and refund terms are as follows:
    1. Up to 90 days out - 90%
    2. Between 60 and 90 days out - 75%
    3. After 60 days out- no refunds available.

A tax receipt will be emailed to you for your records upon bank payment confirmation.
