  • VENDOR REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be aware that NYMCM never plans a Market with the intention of canceling it at a later date.  If there is a concern about whether a Market might have to be canceled, NYMCM will make every effort to do so before collecting any vendor space fees.  Canceling a Market would happen only if it is determined to be in the best interest and safety of any and all persons who may be in attendance.  Uncontrollable circumstances may include but are not limited to:  extreme weather conditions, pandemics, gas leaks, water and/or power outages, local public health disturbances.  In the event that NYMCM must cancel a Market due to uncontrollable circumstances NYMCM will credit accepted vendors any booth fees paid for their respective Market toward a future 2026 NYMCM Market.  Application fees are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that a market is canceled by the venue and cannot be rescheduled, Not Your Mama’s Craft Market will issue a refund of all vendor fees paid for that event. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within a reasonable timeframe following notification of the cancellation.

We understand that, for many reasons, vendors must sometimes cancel their participation in one of our markets.  In the event a vendor must cancel their participation in a NYMCM event, the vendor forfeits their vendor fee or vendor fee credit and their vendor spot in that Market.  Any vendor who cancels their participation in a NYMCM market within 24 hours before start of setup for that market forfeits all vendor fees paid and will not receive a vendor fee credit should NYMCM cancel the market at a later time.  Additionally, any vendor who is a “no show” for any market is considered a cancellation and loses all vendor fees paid  or vendor fee credits for that market.  No vendor is ever permitted to sell or trade their space.

    NEW Boutique Policy

If more than 10% of your product line is not designed and/or handmade by you, your business will be considered a Boutique and should apply under the Boutique category rather than as a Maker. Boutique spots are very limited at each market and are selected intentionally to complement our handmade vendors while maintaining the overall maker-forward vibe our shoppers love. If you’re unsure which category fits your business best, we’re always happy to help. Just reach out before applying!
