I authorize Cyber Celebrations to photograph and film the event and to use images/videos in which my child can be recognized, together with my child’s first name only and general event details (city/date), for promotional purposes on Cyber Celebrations’ website and social media. I understand that no financial compensation is provided and that I may withdraw consent for future uses at any time by emailing info@cybercelebrations.ca. Content already published or printed may lawfully remain available.

Activities may include approaching the Cybertruck, entering/exiting while stationary, posing for photos/videos, and light, supervised interactions around the vehicle/party area. Children remain under parent/guardian supervision at all times. I will ensure my child follows staff instructions and posted safety rules; I will disclose relevant medical conditions. I authorize basic first aid and emergency services (e.g., 9-1-1) if reasonably required.
Important (Quebec): This is an acknowledgment of ordinary risks and safety rules; it is not a waiver of legal rights. Nothing here limits rights provided by Québec law or Cyber Celebrations' responsibility where the law does not permit limitation (e.g., intentional or gross fault).

Full Payment
A non-refundable 50% portion of the total amount secures the date. The remaining 50% may be refunded if the event is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled date.

50% Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm and reserve the date. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 48 hours before the event. This amount is refundable if the event is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled date.
