General Information

The booth Size is 10’ x 10’. If you require a bigger space please request it on your application for consideration.

Cost of 10 x 10 booth space is $50 (excluding power) (no Wi-Fi included).

Cost of Truck/Trailer Space is $50 (no Power) (no Wi-Fi)

Trade show hours and move-in times will be sent to you with the acceptance letter.

All Vendors MUST have Proof of Insurance for the event with General Liability Coverage Options

Included Coverages:

·         Coverage Limits - $1,000,000 Occurrence / $2,000,000 Aggregate

·         Medical Limit - $5,000 Medical Payments

·         Deductible - $1,000 Deductible

·         Damage to Rented Premises - $100,000

·         Personal & Advertising Injury - $1,000,000

EQUUS Film Fest, LLC and Trail of Faith Farms 501c3 MUST be listed as Additional Insured.

Vendors will supply their own power cords, lights, tables, and chairs.

Each vendor will supply their own canopy to put up with their display if needed.

Space will be assigned and it is not exchangeable.
I, the undersigned as representative of the above-mentioned person, or a parent of a child under 18 years old, hereby release and agree to hold harmless EQUUS Film Fest, LLC, Wild Horse Summit and Trail of Faith Farms 501c3, their officers, directors and employees, individually, from any damage to my property or any personal injury which I and/or any person assisting on my behalf, may sustain while participating at the EQUUS Film & Arts Fest | Wild Horse Summit, Trail of Faith Farms event. Further, I agree to abide by the guidelines for participation and all policies established by EQUUS Film & Arts Fest | Wild Horse Summit, Trail of Faith Farms event.

I agree that failure to follow these guidelines can mean expulsion from future EQUUS Film & Arts Fest | Wild Horse Summit and Trail of Faith Farms events.
