All meals are plant-based, and gluten-free options are available.

What is not included: Regretfully no childcare progam will be provided, therefore we are unable to accommodate children at this event.

 

REGULAR COST (Starts: MARCH 16, 2026; Ends: MAY 4, 2026)

Single occupancy - king bed (only 4 rooms available): $520.00. Husband and wife ministry team will be given first preference on a first-come, first-served basis: $720.00.

Double occupancy - 2 queens (roommate will be assigned): $350.00 per person

FOR GROUPS ONLY (you come with your own group)

Triple occupancy (2 queen beds): $315.00 per person

Quadruple occupancy (2 queen beds): $290.00 per person

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations and refunds will be accepted if done in writing prior to Thursday, May 7, 2026.  Email requests to gpitt@adventistontario.org.  All cancellations and refunds will be subject to a 20% administrative fee and will be deducted from all refunds.

After May 7, 2026, no cancellations or refunds will be granted.  However, substitutions will be allowed (another person may take your place).
