ADDENDUM: VIDEOGRAPHY & DIGITAL CONTENT CREATION SERVICES
1. Scope of Services & Deliverables
The Provider agrees to provide videography and digital content creation services as detailed below. Content is specifically optimized for digital platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Website).
• Event/Shoot Coverage: [TBD by Client]
• Raw Footage: [TBD by Client]
• Final Edited Deliverables:
• [e.g., One (1) 60-second highly edited Event Highlight Video]
• [e.g., Three (3) 15-30 second vertical reels/shorts optimized for social media] AND/ OR
- Full Content as requested by Client
• Delivery Timeline: Final assets will be delivered via [Client's preferred method, if available] within [7] business days following the event/shoot.
2. Review and Revision Policy
To ensure the project stays on schedule, the Client and Provider agree to the following review process:
• Initial Review: The Provider will deliver a "First Draft" for Client review.
• Included Revisions: The Client is entitled to [2] rounds of minor revisions (e.g., minor pacing adjustments, text corrections, or swapping a shot).
• Revision Window: The Client must submit all requested edits within [3] business days of receiving the draft. If no edits are requested within this window, the draft will be considered the final, approved version.
• Out-of-Scope Edits: Major structural changes or requests for additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at the Provider’s standard hourly rate of $[75]/hour.
3. Ownership and Usage Rights (Intellectual Property)
• Provider Ownership: The Provider retains copyright ownership of all raw footage, project files, and final edited media captured during the service.
• Client License: Upon receipt of final payment, the Provider grants the Client a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, publish, and distribute the final edited videos for commercial, promotional, and marketing purposes across all digital platforms.
• Restrictions: The Client may not sell the raw or edited footage to third parties, nor modify the final edited files (outside of platform-specific trimming) without written consent from the Provider.
• Portfolio Right: The Provider reserves the right to use portions of the footage and final edits in their own marketing, website portfolio, and social media channels to showcase their work.
4. Music and Audio Licensing
• Licensed Tracks: The Cliner will utilize royalty-free or properly licensed musical tracks by the preforming artist(s) for the final deliverables to ensure the videographer faces no copyright strikes or takedown notices on digital platforms.
• Trending Audio Option: If the Client requests the use of a specific commercial copyrighted song (e.g., a trending TikTok/Instagram audio track), the Client acknowledges that they assume all risks associated with platform copyright policies (including potential muting or restricted monetization).
5. Client Cooperation & On-Site Environment
• Access and Clearance: The Client is responsible for securing any necessary permissions, permits, or passes required for the Provider to film at the chosen location.
• Crowd/Guest Release: For public events, the Client acknowledges that the Provider cannot control who appears in the background of footage. It is the Client’s responsibility to notify guests/attendees that filming is taking place.
6. Fees and Payment Schedule
• Content Creation Add-on Fee: a flat rate of $[75.00/ hour].
