2026-2027 CKYO Participation Survey

Please complete the following survey by Friday, May 1, 2026. All current SO, CO, Rep, BSO and Percussion CKYO students who are not graduating this spring should complete this form. (Jazz members who are not graduating will hear from us in Fall 2026 about auditions for the Spring 2027 season). Contact emails you enter here will be used for registration communication this summer. Registration, info for the season and fall seating audition excerpts will be emailed out to returning students no later than June 30, 2026. Students graduating this spring should NOT complete this survey.
