Overview:

We are excited to begin scheduling teams for The Chesterton Girls Summer League again.  Our league is the longest running girls summer league in the state of Indiana and we are happy to be able to host it once again. Last year, we hosted over 60 teams.  All games in our league will be played on Monday nights in the month of June.  Specifically, June 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd.

We utilize the Exposure App so that coaches, players, and parents always have real time scheduling available to them.

We hope to give you a positive experience that allows you to improve your program by offering Varsity, JV/Frosh, and Middle School levels all playing in one league. We have 9 full court available and IHSAA Officials.  You can choose how many nights you wish to participate.

Dates & Times:

5:00, 6:00, 7:00, 8:00, & 9:00pm

• June 1st, Monday
• June 8th, Monday
• June 15th, Monday
• June 22nd, Monday

Games:  2 Games per night

Location:

• Chesterton High School Courts, 7 Courts
• Westchester Middle School, 3 Courts (located less than a mile away, a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk)
• Boys & Girls Club of Northwest Indiana (less that a mile away, 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to CHS)
• Bailly Elementary and/or Liberty Middle School possible as well.

Levels:

• Varsity, JV/Frosh, Middle School

Costs:

• $55.00 per game, 2 game minimum per night for scheduling purposes. If there is an issue with this, please contact me directly.

Payment Options:

• Checks or Online Payment Accepted.  Payment must be completed before teams will be placed on the schedule for their first games.

Schedules: Will be posted on the Exposure Basketball App.  This allows coaches, players, and parents to have real time access to scheduling throughout the season.

Schedule Requests:  

• Every effort will be made to grant schedule requests, but we cannot guarantee that games will not overlap for programs with multiple levels.    
• Due to the volume of games and complexity of scheduling, you will need to provide enough coaches and players to allow for full JV, Varsity, and Middle School level teams that you have as game times that could possibly overlap.

 

Concessions:  Will be available

Admission:  Admission will be charged at the door.  

Coaches, please forward this link to all players to complete a liability realease as well as a Player and Parent Code of Conduct for the league. The week before the first night of the league, I will email everyone asking for a final list of players in your program to check off for their releases.  Thank you!

NOTE:  IF GAMES ARE CANCELED BY A TEAM UNDER THE 24 HOUR TIME FRAME BEFORE THE GAMES ARE SCHEDULED TO PLAY, GAME FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED IN ORDER TO BE PLACED ON THE SCHEDULE BY THE FIRST NIGHT A TEAM PLAYS THEIR FIRST GAMES.
