  • Dearest 2026 Camper Families,

     

    We are so excited you have "landed" here... although this page is only our registration platform, we are trusting you are desiring a fun filled experience for your kiddos. 

    At GLS Summer Camp we aim to get to know all of our campers, help them continue their growth through summer by retaining what they learned during the school year in a FUN interactive way. We will have daily devotionals and prayer and weekly chapels to continue our spiritual growth and learn more about JESUS! Every day is intentionally planned to allow our campers to feel excited to come back to camp!

     

    5 Easy steps to get started:

    1. Fill out your campers details Name/DOB/Shirt Size allergies we should know about etc. Yes, at this time you must fill out a form for EACH camper
    2. Let us know how to best care for your Camper- Fill out Medication/ Allergy/ Behavior section. Please note we have a behavior policy, any students that hurt staff, other campers, self and/or campus property will be expelled with not refunds if there is more than 1 (one) occurance.
    3. Select the plan you feel you will need the most -  it is important you select the WEEK DAYS your camper will attend, please note, your student will be added to the roster for the days you SELECT ONLY, any days not origanlly added will be subject to add ons and vary depending on space as it is limited. 
    4. Let us know who is helping- fillout authorized pick up info and emergency contacts. We understand day to day things may change- please email or message us through the PROCARE Portal.
    5. COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION (OR fill out your next campers registration)- Fill out disclosures and Submit registration payment.

    *Please note there are no refunds/credits for illnesses. We understand changes may happen as weeks approach, we allow 14 day advance changes for CREDIT only- NO REFUNDS.

  • CAMP PRICING

    * Please note the pricing below is subject to days you select.If your camper is attending the full week please only select "Full week" option.

    *Any days not selected will be subject to the "Single Day/ add on" fee if not added 14 days prior to the camp week. Requests for changes should be emailed to : recclub@graceschoolshb.org

  • Select Camp Days your child will attend ( *important - you must also select field trips your child plans on attending. IF THE DAYS YOU NEED ARE "AT CAPACITY" YOU MUST SELECT TO BE WAITLISTED FOR THOSE DATES. YOUR BILL WILL BE UPDATED ONCE THE ROOM BECOMES AVAILABLE.- Read payment section) Camp hours 7:30am - 6pm

    SELECT NOT ATTENDING IF YOU DO NOT PLAN ON ATTENDING ANY WEEKS BELOW.
  • FIELD TRIPS

    Select all trips your camper will attend

    *IMPORTANT your camper will be removed from the field trip roster if payments are not made 14 days prior to outing. 

    * Field trips are subject to change due to low enrollment or weather conditions* When field trips are filled up we will add new sign ups to a waitlist, field trips that are at capacity will say *WAITLISTED* next to it below.

    Please sign your camper up even it if it waitlist, campers can be added to the field trip roster if others back out of field trip or do not meet payments on time.

    I am aware that any physical sport activity may cause accidental injury or harm among the campers, and I assume any and all possible risk that may cause injury, illness, or death arising to such activity. I agree to waive my right to pursue any claim against the Commission and the Organizing Committee of this event.

    Our campers experience ... 

    Our camprs will experience daily devotionals, prayer, FUN daily learning retention activities in math, language arts, reading and schience, weekly chapel, water games every wednesdays, on campus daily STEAM activities and more!
