Note – We will try to run on time, but delays happen.
Check-in for all races ends five minutes prior to race time.
Tentative Schedule, based on the number of participants -- final schedule sent out prior to event:

Lion Cubs (3 per pack)
Tiger Cubs (3 per pack)
Check-in begins at 9:00 AM
Race begins at 9:45 AM
Note: Lions and Tigers will race together,
but results and awards for each level will be separate.

Note: Arrow of Light Scouts who have crossed over prior to this event may take part as their pack’s representatives.

· NO latecomers will be allowed to race, please be on time for maximum joy.

· Racers must be present for the race.

· ALL Racers must comply with West Wind District Pinewood Derby Race Rules.

· ALL racers must be registered by March 25 . It is the racers’ responsibility to be sure that they have been registered.

· Three entries per rank per Pack.

· Trophies or medals for the top finishers in each level of racing will be awarded as appropriate.

· The cost is $10.00 per racer.
