- 如發現有重複登記情況，本公司將按最後的送交時間，以該份表格內提交的資料處理報名事宜。
In case of duplicate registrations, our company will process the registration based on the last submitted form.
- 參加者必須填寫一個正確且有效的手機號碼及他們經常使用的電子郵件地址，以作預約通訊用途。
Participants must fill in a correct and valid mobile number and an email address that they frequently use, for booking communications purpose.
- 所有參加者必須在預訂時提供準確、完整的個人資料，以免預訂錯誤，影響出行。導賞團資訊將發送到您的電子郵箱。如因您提供資料錯誤而造成損失，請自行承擔。
All participants must provide accurate and complete personal information at the time of booking to avoid errors that may affect travel arrangements. Tour details will be sent to your email. You will be responsible for any losses caused by providing incorrect information.
- 預先報名時間為每個星期一早上10:00至星期五下午05:00。
Registration from 10:00 AM Monday to 05:00 PM Friday every week.
- 報名表格每逢星期一上午10:00重新開放，每星期五下午05:00截止接收申請。表格於截止後暫時關閉， 並於下星期一重新啟動新一週之報名。逾時提交恕不獲受理。
The registration form reopens every Monday at 10:00 AM and closes every Friday at 05:00 PM. The form will be temporarily closed after cutoff and will reopen the following Monday for the new week’s registration. Late submissions will not be accepted.
- 報名一經確認後，不設改期或退款。
Once the registration is confirmed, no rescheduling or refunds will be allowed.
- 僅接受預先訂位，所有款項必須透過此官方報名表格完成支付。
Pre-booking required. All payments must be completed through this official registration form.
- 本公司對任何未送達的短信、推送通知或電子郵件概不負責。
The company takes no responsibility for any undelivered SMS, push notifications or emails.
- 旅行團發當天如集合時間前兩小時，或預期於發當時間之後的兩小時內，天文台發出三號或以上熱帶氣旋或黑色暴雨警告信號；懸掛黃色、紅色或黑色暴雨警告信號、三號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號；生效中的雷暴警告影響範圍涉及活動所在地區；及或天文台預告未來數小時內活動地區將有暴雨，當天發出的旅行團將取消或改期發出。於旅途中，天文台發出黑色暴雨或三號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號，基於參加者安全問題，將會提前回程，返回安全地點解散，餘下行程不作任何補償。
If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or above / a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal within two hours prior to the scheduled assembly time on the departure date or within two hours after the scheduled departure time; or if a Yellow, Red, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal / a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or above remains in force; or if a Thunderstorm Warning covers the activity area; or if the Observatory forecasts heavy rain in the activity area within the next few hours, the tour on that day will be cancelled or rescheduled.If the Hong Kong Observatory issue a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or above during the tour, the tour will return early to a safe location and disband for participant safety. No compensation will be provided for the remaining itinerary.
- 如行程因當地情況、交通變更或任何意外、不可預見及無法控制的情況（如惡劣天氣、地震、戰爭或自然災害等）而需更改，恕不另行通知。我們保留重新安排、取消或替換行程元素的權利。如因意外、不可預見及無法控制的情況導致行程或交通時間變更，我們不承擔任何損失責任。
The itinerary may be subject to changes due to local conditions, transportation adjustments, or any unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances (such as severe weather, earthquakes, war, or natural disasters) without prior notice. We reserve the right to rearrange, cancel, or substitute itinerary components. We shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to itinerary or transportation schedule changes caused by accidents, unforeseen events, or uncontrollable circumstances.
溫馨提示 Friendly Reminders:
- 參加者需於開船時間前至少15分鐘抵達指定會面地點，並攜帶已發出的憑證，切勿遲到，以免耽誤您和其他遊客的行程。
Participants must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the departure time with their issued confirmation. Please do not be late to avoid delaying your own and other travelers' itineraries.
- 行程中各項活動皆按整體需要而安排，參加者參加活動時，應遵守服務人員之指引， 以及當時的天氣環境及活動內容等，以評估應否參與，並須承擔一切責任後果。旅客於發出前應確保自身健康及安全狀況良好；如於活動期間感到任何不適或受傷，請立即通知職員。
All activities in the itinerary are arranged based on overall needs. Participants should follow the instructions of the staff and assess whether to take part according to the weather conditions and the nature of the activity at the time. Participants shall bear all responsibilities and consequences of their decision. Travelers should ensure you are in good health and safe condition before departure. If you feel unwell or are injured during the activity, please notify the staff immediately.
- 參加者如在行程中自行離團，必須要通知領隊，離團後之責任自負，一切後果與本公司無關。
Participants who leave the group during the tour must notify the tour leader. After leaving the group, all responsibilities and consequences will be borne by the participant, and the company will not be held liable.
- 如參加者容易暈船，建議參加者攜帶必要的藥物（如暈船藥，於旅遊前一小時服用），以確保舒適的體驗。
If participants are prone to seasickness, we recommend bringing necessary medication (such as motion sickness pills to be taken one hour before the trip) to ensure a comfortable experience.

攜帶寵物須知 Notes on Carriage of Pets
- GO PARK Aqua x 深涌水上快線寵物友善。乘客攜帶寵物必須繳付寵物登船費。寵物(不包括陪同失明人士之領行狗隻)必須放於寵物籠 / 寵物袋 / 寵物車內，或以帶牽引及佩帶口罩，於全程必須停留在主人的身邊，不可佔用座位。
GO PARK Aqua x Sham Chung Water Express is pet friendly. Before boarding, passengers shall register for and pay fare for their pets. Pets (except guide dogs accompanying blind people) must either be put in pet cages / pet bags / pet strollers, or on a leash and being muzzled at piers, must remain with the pet owner at all times and shall not occupy any seats.
- 為避免乘客所攜帶之寵物對其他乘客造成滋擾及恐懼，和保持船艙寧靜，攜帶寵物乘船的乘客必須約束其寵物。本公司保留拒絕任何對其他乘客造成騷擾、妨害或恐懼的寵物之登船權利，並以本公司最終決定為準。
In order to avoid pets causing nuisance and fear to other passengers, and keep a quiet cabin, passengers bringing pets on board must keep the pets under control. Our company reserves the right to refuse any carriage of pets that caused disturbance, nuisance or fear to the passengers. The decisions of our company shall be final and conclusive.
