I (the parent) give permission to Reading Rangers and its teachers to administer medical treatment for my child, including but not limited to administering an Epi-Pen, Jr. or Children's Benadryl. I(the parent) release and indemnify Reading Rangers, and it's teachers, from any liability resulting from administering or failing to administer an Epi-Pen, Jr. or Children's Benadryl.

*Please note- we do not have access to Epi Pens or Benadryl from your child's school. Please have your child bring these medications to class with them.
