Graduated from the CTD Industrial Sewing ProgramI have passed The Industrial Commons Sewing Skills AssessmentI haven't done either of the previous.

SECTION 7: GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Burke County, North Carolina.

SECTION 8: SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 9: ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING

Participant certifies that they have read this Agreement, understand its terms, and sign it voluntarily without inducement. Participant further certifies that they are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian if a minor.
