• Makers' Space Registration

  • Thank you for your interest in the Makers' Space!

The Makers' Space is a pay what you can program of The Industrial Commons where participants can use the Industrial Sewing Classroom to work on personal projects. Makers' Space sessions include the use of industrial single-needle machines and sewing tools/thread. Fabric and sewing patterns are not included. New participants must participate in a two-hour introduction to the single needle at the start of each Makers' Space session. If you have participated in Makers' Space before or graduated from the CTD Industrial Sewing Program, you do not need to participate in the introduction to the single needle. There are 10 available spots. Please read through the Makers' Space policy (in this form) for exact details on how sessions are structured. Feel free to email isp@theindustrialcommons.org with any questions!
