WINNING EDGE ACADEMY WAIVER This waiver is part of our agreement with you for the provision of recreational services for your child (and a reference to “your child” includes a child for which you are a parent or guardian). By registering your child to participate in a session with Winning Edge Academy you acknowledge:- that your child does not have any medical condition that excludes him or her from taking part in the recreational activity in that session;- that you have read and understood any applicable rules of the recreational activity and that you are bound by those rules;- that you have a responsibility and obligation to ensure that your child understand and abides by any applicable rules of the recreational activity;- that you consent to your child receiving medical treatment (provided or procured by Winning Edge Academy) in the event of an emergency; and- that you consent (unless you tell us otherwise) for photography or video content of your child’s image taken during Winning Edge Academy sessions to be used in a respectful and discrete manner in promotional material such as newsletters, flyers, social media posts and on the Winning Edge Academy website (to tell us otherwise please email us) It is your responsibility to notify Winning Edge Academy of any changes to your child’s medical information or condition. Please be aware that during the sessions in which we provide recreational services for your child, despite the best efforts of the Winning Edge team, there is the risk of personal injury, including without limitation strains, sprains, breaks, dehydration, and other injuries arising from collisions or falls. Your child participates in these recreational services at his or her own risk. Any and all liability for personal injury that results from an express or implied warranty that the services will be rendered with reasonable care and skill, or arises under the Australian Consumer Law, or arises for any other reason, is excluded. Please be advised that refunds are at the discretion of Winning Edge Academy PTY LTD. Decisions will be made on a case by case basis.If a child is injured before the camp we may ask for documentation such as a certificate from a medical practitioner.
