    It is a requirement of Redlands Coast Collective Markets and the Market Terms & Conditions that all Stall Holders have Public Liability Insurance and provide a Certificate of Currency of Insurance to the Market Organiser prior to Market date. All Stall Holders are required to have a minimum of $20 million Public Liability Insurance.

    It is a requirement Redlands Coast Collective Markets and the Market Terms & Conditions that any Food Vendor must supply a copy of their current Food Licence if applicable.

  • PRODUCT DONATION FOR RAFFLES & PET COMPETITIONS

    Our Pet Competitions are a major drawcard to our event. We require a Donation from each stall holder to contribute towards our Pet Competition Prize Packs & Raffles. 100% of Funds collected from our Raffles are donated to a Charity/Rescue Group in attendance. Prize Donation will be collected on the day. We require a physical product rather than a gift voucher unless you are a service based business or with prior agreement with the Organiser. If you are not happy to make a donation please do not apply to this event.

    Stall Fees WILL be Direct Debited from your account TWO MONTHS prior to Market Date OR upon your Application being Approved whichever is the latter.

    An email reminder will be sent when payment is due, please ensure that sufficient funds are available at this time.

    Your stall is only confirmed once payment has been made.

    • Bump In is from 6am to 7.15am
    • Market location is Faith Lutheran College, Beveridge Rd, Thornlands
    • Applying for this market assumes you are available and ready to attend
    • This market is outdoors and on grass - we are open to the elements (wind, sun, rain, etc)
    • If bringing a gazebo it is your responsibilty to ensure that it is appropriately weighted down and does not become a hazard
    • Parking is available for stallholders on the school grounds but not next to your stall
