  • What to expect after signing up for one of our clinics: 

    What's the earliest I can arrive for the clinic?

    If you are staying in our camping site for the clinic, you may arrive one day ahead of the clinic start date. If you are not staying with us, you may arrive up to one hour before the start of the clinic to check in and get settled. 

    What time does the clinic start each day?

    The day will start with a meet and greet with Dan each day at 9am. 

    Are RV hookups available?
    Yes, we offer a limited number of RV hookups at $45 per night. These are first come, first served.

    A registration form will be sent out closer to the clinic where you can make stall and RV hookup reservations, and to pay the clinic balance. 

    How can I participate with a horse for a clinic? 

    Participants can register via a seperate link for the clinic found on the same webpage. 

     

    Our clinics sell out quickly and sometimes before everyone gets a chance to register.

  • Cancelation Policy

    We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your particiaption. Please take note of our cancellation policy outline below:

    1. Limited Participant Availability: Dan accepts only a limited number of clinic participants, which allows for a more personalized and valuable experience for all attendees. 

    2. Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy: In the event that you need to cancel your clinic registration, a 100% non-refundable fee will be applied. This fee is non-negotiable and helps us maintain our commitment to providing exceptional clinics while managing participant numbers effectively. Clinic fees can be credited or transferred, however fees paid to participate in this exclusive clinic will not be refunded.

    Credited fees are transferrable and can be applied towards other clinics or transferred to another person within one year from the clinic date. Please note that clinic fees will expire after one year if not utilized as credit towards another clinic
