Please complete the table below to request stall(s). Place a checkmark under each date for which you are requesting a stall. This applies to both horse stalls and tack stalls — a stall is a stall. Due to high demand, all stall reservations must be prepaid.

Stall assignments are transferrable only with prior board approval. To request a stall transfer, you must email easternmihorseman@yahoo.com.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except in the event that the entire show day is cancelled.

To avoid confusion, all questions regarding stall reservations must be directed to easternmihorseman@yahoo.com — This is the only accepted method for transfer requests; Facebook messages, text messages and phone calls will not be accepted. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT STALL RENTALS

A current Coggins is required for every horse on the grounds, whether or not the horse is being shown. UPLOAD COGGINS FOR EACH POTENTIAL HORSE BROUGHT TO GROUNDS - Have coggins ready to present to show office during check-in.
Parking will be strictly enforced.
Vehicles will be ticketed or towed at owners expense if in no parking zone.
Overnight and Day Stall Check out Procedure - Please read!
ALL MANURE, HAY, STRAW, BEDDING etc., must be removed from your stall. Cement aisles swept/cleaned,and dirt aisles raked/cleaned. Failure to do so will result in a $50.00 fine for each stall and the inability to rent a stall from EMHA again in the future.
It is your responsibility to have an EMHA board member inspect your stall before you leave. Please check in at the red barn by Arena #1 to request a board member to verify that your stall has been cleaned to the standard expected by Goodells Park staff.
A board member will be happy to check your stall before you go if you are unsure of the cleanliness of your stall.

Current Negative Coggins Required

A current Negative Coggins test is mandatory for each equine.

You may upload multiple Coggins if needed.

Please have coggins availble to present at show office if requested.

Goodells County Park Rules for Equestrians

Horses MUST be kept away from the Community Center & Concession Stand. No horse is allowed on the sidewalks and grass area adjacent to the Community Center & Concession Stand.
Horse trailers must be parked in the gravel parking lot located west of the Community Center. ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING IS ALLOWED ON ANY LANES – ESPECIALLY THE CIRCLE DRIVE AROUND THE BARNS! Fire lanes MUST be kept clear. Vehicles and trailers may not be parked in or adjacent to fire lanes.
Horses may be dropped off or picked up on the lane in front of the horse barns or walked from the designated trailer parking areas directly to the rings or barns. Horses MUST use the designated horse crossing area located near the park entrance.
Horses are NOT permitted to be ridden within the park, except in the rings and warm-up areas.
In the barns, all manure and bedding MUST be cleaned up with a manure fork and placed in the manure pit. Scoop shovels are NOT allowed to be used to clean stalls.
Show arena and all stalls must be cleaned after each use. Manure must be removed from all paved parking areas, pathways, and horse wash stations. Failure to remove manure from these areas will result in a $100/per hour cleaning fee.
Manure may be left in the rings and the grass areas immediately adjacent to the rings (Does NOT include the hill).
ABSOLUTELY NO LUNGING is allowed in Ring #1 (Red Judge's Barn). Use of Ring #1 is limited to warm-ups and competition events only. It is not available for practice and will remain locked unless it is rented.
Lunging is only allowed in the grass area by the gravel parking lot.

Applications are accepted only under these conditions.
