Terms of Service for Workshop Bundles
Early BIrd, Full Payment, Payment Plan Options
I agree to the Q1 Foundation Quarter Terms of Service:- REFUND POLICY: Full refund available until February 16, 2026. After February 16, all payments are non-refundable.- TRANSFER POLICY: Registration may be transferred to other Navigator Learning Labs services (mentor coaching, supervision, future programs) if requested by February 16, 2026. Transfer credit valid for 12 months.- PAYMENT PLANS: If paying in installments, I authorize automatic billing on scheduled dates (April 1 & May 1, 2026). Certificate issued after final payment. Failed payments result in access suspension.- ATTENDANCE: Workshop recordings available if I miss live sessions. Must watch within 7 days. Certificate of Completion requires completion of all workshops and materials.- CCE HOURS: 7.5 ICF CCE hours awarded only upon full program completion.- MATERIALS: Program materials are for my personal professional use only. Not for resale, public sharing, or commercial use. Frameworks are proprietary to Navigator Learning Labs.- CODE OF CONDUCT: I agree to maintain professional, respectful conduct in all program spaces.
