ONLINE PAYMENT FORM

The National Fiscal Year runs from October 1 to September 30 each year. 

Payment of National and Section dues for the 2026-2027 Fiscal Year starts January 1, 2026. Annual dues and membership fees, including per capita fees for Life and Legacy Life Members, will be due between January 1 and May 31 for the next fiscal year. Starting June 1st a National late fee of $10.00 will be assessed for Annual renewing members only.

Note: Per National Bylaws - Annual Per Capita. Fully paid Life and Legacy Life members shall pay a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) per capita fee annually. New Life and Legacy Life members shall pay the yearly per capita fee one (1) year after full payment.

Per Capita expiration date is 1 Jan of each year.

MEMBERSHIP TYPE

For new members - PVS dues and National dues must be paid at time of joining. For annual renewal members – you have the option to pay national dues directly or include national dues with payment of PVS dues and the Section will send to National central office.

If you are paying for more than one membership, list the member(s) name and type of membership in the Comment box above and select the Membership Payment Type below.   All members need to complete the membership form.

NCNW LIFE OR LEGACY LIFE MEMBERSHIP

New NCNW Life Or Legacy Life Memberships Can Be Paid In A Single Payment Or 4 Equal And Consecutive Installments. (Full payment and 1st installment payment includes Section dues.  Remaining payments must be paid during the Fiscal/Program year and does not require Section dues).
