RULES, REQUIREMENTS & INFORMATION:
- All craft and business vendors need to list a general description of goods to be sold. If you are selling overly saturated crafts, specialty items, or operate a business(even side hustles), you need to list what to expect in your booth(i.e. baked goods, 3d printed items, crochet, tumblers, honey, pottery, jewelry, etc.) Some items will be limited to 1-2 vendors of that category.
- Child entrepreneurs are categorized as crafts only. If the booth is obviously an adults items/crafts, the vendor will be asked not to return for future market dates.
- Please bring adequate shade for your comfort in the hot sun.
- PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY IF YOU HAVE A TRAILER or are parking a trailer inside your space.
- Please be mindful of other vendors space and only back up against the edge of your own space to unload(do not park parallel to the edge).
- As soon as you are unloaded, please move your vehicle to another space to give other vendors room to unload and to give room for ideal customer parking. Do not finish set up until after you have moved your vehicle.
- The first market date will have limited parking alongside booth spaces. Please unload quickly.
FOOD TRUCK VENDORS :
Limit 2 food trucks per date.
- $20 per truck, per date. Due at least 2 weeks before the date you attend. $100 for a food truck season pass.
- Food truck vendors are recommended to send us their menu in advance so we can add it to the vendor email. We also recommend dropping off a paper order form to all the vendors first thing in the morning(if you would like details of how to do this, please message me).
- Food vendors are not required to pay the same vendor fees as regular vendors (listed above).
- If a food vendor cancels less than 1 week before the date they are scheduled to attend, they will be banned from future Flea Market dates.
- All food vendors MUST be approved prior to the dates they wish to attend.
- All food vendors MUST fill out an additional application with the fairgrounds and pay the fairgrounds an additional 15% fee.
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
No: Silly String, Smoke Bombs, Stink Bombs “Snappers”, bounce houses, Radios at high volumes, Dogs left in vehicles without AC(Dogs must be on a leash or in a kennel with shade and water-NO EXCEPTIONS).
No drugs. If it is illegal in Montana, it is illegal at our market.
PLEASE NOTE:
- To make it more profitable for all, we attempt to limit the quantity of like items to a reasonable number, but we cannot guarantee you will be the only vendor(s) of your craft or item type.
- Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance. If you are accepted you will be contacted within 72 hours via email. You will receive an invoice for the amount due and payment options will be listed.
- No refunds or cancellations for any reason whatsoever. This is a rain or shine event.
- No post-dated checks.
- No checks will be accepted after the 2 week point. PayPal payments, Cash or money orders only, after that. You can pay via credit card if you come directly to Nichol Laarens booth during market setup or while open on market dates.
- Outer Spaces with parking next to your space are limited. Get your application in EARLY if you wish to guarantee easy access to your space! This year we will be able to drive on the grass during setup and breakdown for most dates.
- We will attempt to accommodate location requests however we cannot guarantee this.
- Applications are considered on a first received, first considered basis.

FINAL NOTE TO ALL VENDORS: (please forgive us, we are sorry we have to do this, but as it has happened before we have to address it now).
- ALL vendors MUST inform us if they are not going to make it. 72hr notice is mandatory unless it is an emergency. No shows will result in being banned from vending future events hosted by me. This is a rain or shine event, prepare accordingly.
- ALL vendors will maintain polite and courteous manners (including language) to all guests, other vendors and event staff. Failure to do so will result in your IMMEDIATE removal from the site with no refund and possible ban from future events.
- Please Remember, you must leave your space as you found it. Take large supply boxes, bottles, containers etc., away with you. Medium & small refuse can be put in provided garbage containers. If you leave your garbage behind, it will be noted and you may be banned from future events.
- Getting intoxicated at the event is unacceptable, if you become noticably intoxicated by any substance at the event while vending, you may be banned from future events.
