    Sponsor the Mountain & Valley Fiber Arts Festival

    Put your business in front of visitors to one of the most well-known and regarded Festivals in the Southwest. Our visitors travel from across the country and are well-motivated to make purchases.

  • Your financial support goes directly towards our expenses.

    Not many know that:

    • Every year the Festival is planned, prepared, and put on by a dedicated and hard-working team of volunteers. We have no salaried staff.
    • Every year the cost of mounting the Festival increases, while grant funding is quickly disappearing.
    • Sponsorships and donations contribute directly to keeping the Festival going and we rely on generous individuals and businesses like you to keep our organization functioning.
    • Some of our big-ticket expense items include: Venue rental; Event insurance, Advertising, Printing the Festival Program.

     

    We're happy to be able to publicly acknowledge our Sponsors and Donors for their generosity and as a 501(c)3 Non-Profit organization, your contribution may be fully tax-deductible.

    (You may also choose to contribute anonymously).

    All Sponsors and Donors will be listed by name on MAVWA's website and in the printed Festival Program unless you've requested anonymity. 
     
    Important: If you'd like to be acknowledged in our printed Festival Program,
    you must submit this form by August 15th.
     

    BRONZE  ($100 - $199):

    • Your name (and Business name if provided) listed on MAVWA's Fiber Arts Festival website
    • Your name (and Business name if provided) listed in our printed Festival Program, which visitors keep and refer to all year round

    SILVER ($200 - $299): incudes Bronze benefits plus:

    • A daily PA announcement of your Sponsorship during the Festival
    • A sign in the Information Booth acknowledging your Sponsorship

    GOLD ($300 - $499): incudes Silver benefits plus:

    • Two daily PA announcements of your Sponsorship during the Festival

    PLATINUM ($500 - $999): incudes Gold benefits plus:

    • Recognition on the MAVWA website includes a link to your business from your business logo
    • Recognition placard to display at your business
    • Three daily PA announcements of your Sponsorship during the Festival
    • Recognition on the MAVWA Festival FaceBook and other social media pages.

    SUSTAINING ($1,000 and up): incudes Platinum benefits plus:

    • Four daily PA announcements of your Sponsorship during the Festival
    • Your banner, up to 4' wide x 3' high displayed prominently at the Festival entrance.   (Your banner must be delivered to us by 12pm on the Friday before the Festival).
    • Business card-sized directory ad or equal value toward larger ad

     

    DONATION - Any amount you are able to contribute will help us put on this year's Festival.
