Welcome to the Golden Elite Track and Field Club's Pensacola Regular Season Program!

We're thrilled to have you on board! Our mission is to promote a healthy, drug-free lifestyle while building character, respect, and integrity through track and field. We focus on developing the mind, body, and spirit to help each child reach their potential.

What to Expect:

New Athletes: Learn the basics of track and field.
Returning Athletes: Maintain conditioning for upcoming seasons.
Coaching Assessment: Coaches will assess each child to determine the best events based on their abilities.

Practice Requirements:

Bring a labeled water bottle.
Wear proper running shoes (no cleats).
Dress in running shorts or sweatpants (no jeans or basketball shorts).

Eligibility:

Age Group: 6-18 years (Masters division ages 19 & up, contact us)

Practice Times:

First and Third Weekend Only

Saturday 12:00-2:00 PM

Sunday 3:00-5:00 PM

**Important:** If your child is more than 15 minutes late, they won't be able to practice.

Fee: $200 per child + $3.26 Processing fee

(Non-Refundable)

Fees Include:

AAU Membership/insurance card
Training from January 17 to May 17, 2026

Fundraising & Community Involvement:

We ask each athlete to participate in at least one community event and one fundraiser during the off-season. This keeps us connected with the community and helps manage costs.

Gossip involves spreading personal or private rumors through trivial talk or writing. To end gossip's impact, we must choose our communication carefully. Here's what to remember:

Gossip involves talking about absent people.
Negative gossip often criticizes others.
Gossip can harm someone's reputation.
To enjoy a more professional, gossip-free TEAM, I will:

Avoid talking indirectly about absent people, except in Golden Elite-related matters.
Refuse to engage in negative discussions about absent people.
Not share private, negative information via email or text.
Avoid derogatory conversations about Golden Elite members outside of the club.
Report unethical behavior using proper channels.

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby agree to participate as a team member in the sport designated below. I understand that there are certain risks of injury which are inherent in the practice and play of this sport. I understand that there are other risks which can be found while traveling and performing any other activities that are related and incidental to my participation. With this, I acknowledge that and I am willing to assume these risks as they arise. I hereby certify that I am fully capable of participating in the designated sport and that I am healthy and have no physical or mental disabilities or infirmities that would restrict full participation in these activities, except as listed below. In addition to giving full consent for my participation, I do hereby waive, release, and hold harmless the University of West Florida, University of West Florida Board and Trust the Escambia County School District, the Escambia County School Board, Golden Elite track and Field Club, and its board members, officers, coaches, sponsors, supervisors, and representatives for any injury that may be suffered by me during the course of participating in the designated sport and the activities incidental thereto - whether the result of negligence or any other cause as the 2026 off-season training program(s) progress and take place.

The undersigned have read, understand, and agree to comply with this Contract and all Rules, Policies, and Safety provisions established by Golden Elite Track and Field Club.
