February 2026 Recital Sign-Ups - Closing January 22, 2026!
Please fill out the form below to sign up your student for a recital date and time that works best for your family! Before picking a time, be sure and check with your teacher to ensure your student is ready, and that they are not planning a duet or other project for your student!

Please note that by submitting this form you agree to our ASM Recital policy signed upon enrollment. Our ASM Recital policy includes but is not limited to:
- Attending your teacher(s)' pre-assigned Recital Prep Class
- A non-refundable nominal $20.00 ASM Performance Fee
- A firm commitment to the chosen date and time of your Recital.

Please note that attending Recital Prep Class is mandatory and missing it will result in forfeiting your performance opportunities at Recitals. Please contact our office for any unforeseen circumstances at 330-915-4912 for any assistance regarding this matter.

**If an individual prep request is requested AFTER signups have closed on JANUARY 22, 2026 at midnight, there will be a $35 additional fee. If an individual prep is requested for a day when your teacher does not usually teach, there will be a $45 fee to ensure your teacher is paid for their time and commute.**

Please make all individual prep requests BEFORE signups close to ensure you have no additional fees :)
Please read and check that you agree to the following:*

I acknowledge that if I ask for an individual prep - class (rehearsal time) after sign ups close on January 22nd, there will be an additional $35.00 fee.I acknowledge that without attending my prep - class, my student is not eligible for their recital.I acknowledge that my student's prep time window is approximate. I acknowledge that if a majority of students sign up for that prep window, my student could possibly be scheduled before or after the currently scheduled time.I agree to email the office BEFORE recital sign-ups close if my student(s) needs an individual prep time.I acknowledge that if I call/email to move my student's prep within 48 hours of their scheduled prep time, there will be a $125 charge.I agree to a firm commitment of my chosen recital date and time.I acknowledge that the $20 performance fee is non-refundable.

Event Parking for recital weekend:

Our parking lot does not have enough parking spaces to accommodate the number of lessons and recital families. For this reason, ASM has an easement agreement with the building next door and downtown Aurora. We have permission to park at the library, City Hall Park, and the baseball field parking lot in the event of an emergency. Please arrive early enough to find appropriate parking that does not block our fire lane or prohibit other families from entering/exiting the building.
Please note that the $20.00 ASM Performance Fee is a non-refundable nominal fee covering:

-faculty/Director additional coaching at recital prep class

-piano accompanying at Recital Prep and Recital

-Concert Hall usage/piano and harpsichord tuning

-all gifts and additional ASM staff
