My child (ren) will be in attendance with me, and I will be totally responsible for my child’s safety, health and wellbeing. I, recognize that there are risks involved in any activity and hereby assume all risk of injury, harm, damage or death in connection with my participation in this activity. I understand and agree that neither K Peas Place and hosting site nor its trustees, officers, directors, employees, agents, landlords, or representatives may be held liable in any way for any injury, harm, damage or death that may occur because of my participation in this activity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to save and hold harmless K Pease Place and hosting site from any claim by myself, my estate, heirs, successors, assigns or other persons arising out of my participation in this activity. Cousins, friends, & neighbors in your care pay individually. no commitments required, you may pay as you go. Payments/ credits must be applied within 2 weeks of initial payment. Upgrade to a package or monthly with initial payment within one week of first visit. Each option is separate pricing; we discount for attending both. Our mission is not only to truly connect and celebrate each family but to provide FLEXIBILITY-AFFORDABILITY and a VARIETY of options for you to enjoy in a gracious time as we know, no two days are the same as little ones! For this we do not require monthly auto enrollment, instead we offer prepaid discount return packages that are honored any day and time (not locked into days or times use it or lose it philosophy) and offer pay as you go, our unlimited is paid upfront, no credit cards on file. Our community welcomes you to join us weekly and offers you the option to apply your initial payment to a package within one week of your first visit. In the event you do not join us today as planned your payment is honored within 14 calendar days of the date received. Important: Policies/ When you make a payment online you must join us within 2 weeks of the initial payment, NOT a month(s) later. We will begin the policy expiration for packages and monthly unlimited upon the first visit. This is extremely important for us for 2 reasons: #1 ~ we base our schedule on the quantity of commitments to ensure our mission is met, flexibility, affordability, variety! #2 ~ joining us regularly helps everyone, your child (ren), adults and me, your teacher! Relationships are part of what makes us so special. Thank you for being you, sharing your goals for your families! Each registration has value to our why! You found us, and we are so very thankful! We simply grow, tweak, and polish, the more we are together! With that said there is a happy medium... a balance and not over-scheduling! Logistics/ more policies: Few Reminders! Adults (18 and over) must be accompanied by a child, and children (17 and younger) must be accompanied by an adult All adults must stay with children No smoking or vaping Prohibited Items: Any weapons Illegal drugs, alcohol, explosives Contraband tobacco or e-cigarettes Any professional photography equipment By choosing to attend K Peas Place with your children you agree to: • Be attentive to your children, you are responsible for their behavior. • Encourage slow safe feet. • Use polite language. • Encourage considerate actions towards others. As a blended age venue, the children are provided opportunities to learn from others. Including the “big kids” to be mindful towards babies! These standards must be respected. If there is any rough house towards others and /or equipment your family will be told to leave. We understand there will be “off” days in behavior. However, safety is #1 for all to have fun! We trust you and appreciate your trust in us and our efforts to create a place to attentively, CONNECT, PLAY, and CELEBRATE time together! Arrival: • Remove shoes – adult wear socks, kids optional. (grippe socks are recommended) • Leave belongings in the front storage cabinet, bring minimal necessary items. • (Lighten your load) • Sign in at the front desk. • Wash your hands in the bathroom before playing- sing Happy Birthday😊 as often as you need to) Playtime: • Enter the playroom- follow your child's lead. • We daily sanitize, rotating toys/materials regularly. • Reminder, if anything goes in their mouths place the items into the "to be washed bin" for proper sanitization. • Children are never to be left unattended by the person that brought them to K Peas Place. • Communication is an important need for all who choose to spend time here. If you do not speak English well or understand something please, bring a translator with you. We encourage you to talk with us open-mindedly and with compassion as we navigate early childhood with you. There are guidelines in place for sessions to run smoothly and safely.
