A Trip to the Movies

Everyone loves the movies, and the “A Trip to the Movies” caravan is all about hitting the road in your Airstream to experience a little movie magic in small-town America. Join us for INWAC Local Caravan #C-439, a six-night road trip through Idaho from May 4 to May 10, with stops at some of the state's most iconic and historic movie theaters: Parma Motor-Vu Drive-In (Parma, ID), The Roxy Theater (Cascade, ID), the Blue Fox (Grangeville, ID), and the Rex Theater (Orofino, ID). One night of boondocking at the Drive-in and the other five nights are full hookup.

This caravan is self-supporting with each caravanner paying a proportionate share of the expense upfront. A kitty fee is normally assessed each caravanner and it is then used to pay authorized expenses and for things in which the entire group is expected to participate.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION: 

There is space for 8-20 rigs, with registration remaining open until all spaces are filled. Registration requires a $250 deposit to be confirmed on the 'go list'. The remainder of the fees will be due on or before March 1, 2026.

Deposit Required

This caravan requires each Airstream to prepay $250 to hold your spot. This deposit can be paid directly to INWAC via PayPal/CC during the registration process, or by check. The total cost of the caravan is $617 per rig and the remaining balance is due on or before March 1, 2026.

Cancellation Information (Cancellation Fee Policy)

If cancelling, a fee of $100 plus any non-recoverable expenses will be withheld.

PayPal or Credit Card

You will be directed to Paypal when you hit the Payment Method buttons below. The amount charged will be as shown above. You can use either your Paypal account or a Credit Card or Venmo

If you want to use a credit card, then choose the Debit or Credit Card Button. A pop-up screen will appear where you will enter payment details. After entering your payment details and address, be sure to slide the “Save info & create your PayPal account” to the “off” position. This will take you directly to a “pay now” button.

Pay-by-Check

The Rally Host / Co-Host will be sent your 'Pay-by-Check' $250 deposit request. They will contact you and provide the information on where to send and address the check required for this caravan. They can also talk with you about other payment options not covered by Paypal, Venmo, or Credit Cards.
