• Leaving Egypt: Poetry of the Exodus and Passover

    With Rabbi Pamela Wax

    Tuesday, March 31
    3pm Eastern / Noon Pacific
    One Hour on Zoom

  •

Modern poets have taken seriously the Haggadah's maxim to "see ours as if we personally went free out of Egypt." We will examine several poems that reimagine the Exodus or utilize the rich symbolism of the seder to make meaning for contemporary times.

Many of the poems we read will be appropriate for our seder tables!
