FREE Vendor Show Parking Pass:

Valid all day on days when Vendor Shows are held in Sylvan Beach.
Note: During Corvette Show Weekend, the free pass is only valid at Carello's Corner. Parking at the Sunset Parking Lot is subject to village rates, and the free pass will not be valid—vehicles may be ticketed.

You may also purchase a Fun in the Sun Pass from the Village Clerk for $35 (price subject to change).

This pass is valid for parking throughout the entire 2026 season, not just for Vendor Shows.

You can request:

Accessible Vendor Spots – must display both Vendor and Handicap pass in vehicle. These are first come first serve spots. 
Placement Preferences – next to or away from specific vendors.
Final location depends on show needs and timing of requests.

Do you agree to let SVBRA (OLESMA) use photos from your social media outlets? This is for advertising purposes only. 

All Sylvan Beach vending shows are outdoor, rain or shine; no refunds or credits if you choose not to attend due to weather. Tents must be sturdy, staked, and weighted to withstand harsh conditions.

Sylvan Verona Beach Resort Association (OLESMA) Vendor Agreement 

-Vendor spots assigned by coordinator.
-Sales must stop at show end; all items removed by 8 p.m.
-Seasonal approval applies only if merchandise type remains the same; changes must be approved 48 business hours prior.
-No sharing of vendor spaces.
-No refunds after approval/payment.
-Compliance with all laws required.
-Vehicles may enter only for loading/unloading at designated locations; otherwise, park in south end lot with pass displayed.
-Vendors must remove all garbage; village containers for public use only.
-Do not move or disturb park property.
-Food/drinks sales require authorization; alcohol prohibited. Food/Henna/Perm -Jewelry vendors need $1M/$2M insurance with 30-day cancellation notice, naming Village of Sylvan Beach and OLESMA as ADDITIONAL INSURED.
-Gambling or raffles prohibited.
-Activities prohibited after 11:00 p.m.
-SVBRA may prohibit use of vendors or activities that violate rules or Village interests.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VENDOR will indemnify and hold harmless The Village of Sylvan Beach and/or Sylvan Verona Beach Resort Association (OLESMA, Inc.) The Board of Directors and its agents, successors, and/or assigns, shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including property damage and/or personal injury to any Vendor, its agents, employees, guests, successors, and/or assigns, which may occur on or about any part of the Village of Sylvan Beach being used for the “Sylvan Beach Vendor Shows” regardless of how such injury or damage may have occurred, including death. The vendor waives any claim against The Village of Sylvan Beach and/or Sylvan Verona Beach Resort Association (OLESMA, Inc.) The Board of Directors for any liability, damages, or expenses arising out of any claim for injury or damage to any person(s) or property or of any kind whatsoever, together with all costs in connection with the defense, including attorney’s fees.

The vendor agrees to indemnify and hold The Village of Sylvan Beach and/or Sylvan Verona Beach Resort Association (OLESMA, Inc.) The Board of Directors, its employee, agents, successor, and /or assigns harmless regarding any injury or damage to any third party or property resulting in whole or on the part from Vendors use of or presence at the subject premises.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE AGREEMENT:

You are signing this Agreement electronically. You agree your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual/handwritten signature on this Agreement. By signing using any device, means, or action, you consent to this Agreement's legally binding terms and conditions. You further agree that your signature on this document (hereafter referred to as your "E-Signature") is as valid as if you signed the document in writing. You also agree that no certification authority or other third-party verification is necessary to validate your E-Signature and that the lack of such certification or third-party verification will not affect the enforceability of your E-Signature or any resulting agreement between you and SVBRA and The Village of Sylvan Beach. You are also confirming that you are authorized to enter into this Agreement.
