Mission Statement

We are a pageant organization established to encourage women to experience sisterhood in a kind and competitive spirit. We provide an opportunity to demonstrate confidence in poise, personal appearance, and public speaking in preparation of her future. Our focus is the girl, not the organization; and we offer to be a resource to our forever Miss Tennessee Pearl.
Eligibility

To be eligible, contestants must be a natural born female and must live, work, or attend school in the state of Tennessee.
"Local Pearl Titles" for 2026

Young ladies representing "Local Pearl Titles" will compete for the Miss Tennessee Pearl state title. Contestants who apply for the Miss Tennessee Pearl state competition will submit a title of their choosing that must correlate with the area in which they reside (ex: Miss Nashville Pearl, Miss Cumberland River Pearl, Miss Walking Horse Pearl, etc.). Contestants will receive an official MTP crown and embroidered sash, and automatic entry to Miss Tennessee Pearl, where they will represent their title at the state competition. We encourage our "Local Titleholders" to build relationships in their community by participating in community appearances and experiences! Local Pearl Titles begin at the time of application and end on 12/31/26 at 11:59pm.

The People's Pearl

The People’s Pearl is an official Miss Tennessee Pearl title determined by people near and far. The winner will receive an official MTP crown and custom embroidered sash. The winner will be invited to participate in events and will be featured on the MTP website and social media. The link to vote for The People’s Pearl is located at www.MissTennesseePearl.com under the Contestant Information tab. Voting closes on 09/25/26 at 11:59pm. Entry fee: $1 per vote - Award: Official MTP Title.
Competition fees:

Contestant applications require a non-refundable, $125 deposit. Contestants who pay in full at time of application will receive a free Optional Competition of their choosing. The fee for the Little Tiny Miss is $200. The fee for Princess, Preteen, Teen, Miss, & Ms. is $250 and includes: official "Local Pearl Title", MTP local crown, custom embroidered MTP sash with contestant's Local Pearl Title, and automatic entry into Miss Tennessee Pearl. Competition balance is due 09/20/2026.
