Generous Influencers/First Pursuit is a not for profit, 501c3 organization whose focus is to provide opportunities for small business owners to gather and meet the community in a beautiful marketplace.

Food Truck Application Process

The Puyallup Night Market is focused on small business owners and therefore will only accept applications from individual business/truck owners.

Please do not apply if you are not the individual truck/business owner or if you represent multiple trucks/business.

Only apply if you intend to acquire the licenses/permits/insurance required to operate in Pierce County and the City of Puyallup.

Additionally, we can only accept food service vendors who operate out of a truck or are contained to a 10x10 tent (additional space may be purchased if necessary).

Complete your 2026 application and pay the one time non-refundable processing fee of $35. This application fee covers the entire 2026 season and special market events.

Once submitted, please allow 7-21 business days to receive an approval or waitlist email.

Please add PNM@generousinfluencers.org as an approved sender to your email. Emails may end up in your spam/junk folder until you do so.

If approved, you will begin receiving emails that link to specific market dates.

If placed on the waitlist, we will contact you if space opens up in your business category.

If you change your business name or category during the 2026 season, you will need to complete a separate application for approval.

In applying to the Puyallup Night Market, I understand and agree to the following policies, terms and conditions.*

I am the owner/operator of this food truck/business.Application and selection of dates does not ensure participation. Holiday markets are highly curated with limited space. Please allow up to 14 days for approval notification.Payment is due within 3-weeks of each market approved for. Space is not guaranteed until payment is received.As an approved vendor, you agree to promote each market on your social media accounts a minimum of 2-times prior to each date you are attending.Application Fees & Vendor Fees are non-refundable and will NOT be given to any vendor who is unable to attend a market after applying, being accepted, denied, or waitlisted and paying for market space.Markets happen, rain, shine or snow.Vendor fee refunds CANNOT be given in the event of a last-minute market cancellation due to circumstances out of our control (i.e. Stay-at-home order).NO-SHOWS: Vendors that do not show up to markets without communicating with Puyallup Night Market staff 24hrs. prior to market time will have their membership with Generous Influencers revoked and forfeit any future reserved market dates.Space sharing is allowed. Each vendor will need to apply and pay the application fee, but only one will need to pay the booth fees.Vendors must be set up and ready for business by start of market. If arrival to the Pavilion is delayed, vendor must contact PNM staff to let them know and make appropriate arrangements.Vendors arriving late may be subject to forfeiting their space and not being allowed to setup.As an approved vendor, you are giving permission to Generous Influencers to provide your contact information to other market organizers looking for vendors.

The application fee covers membership processing costs and membership benefits. By submitting your application you are providing us with your opt-in notification to receive emails.

LIABILITY: Generous Influencers, it's owner, staff and its venue partners will not be responsible for any damage or loss to the vendor property, injury to, or death of the vendor. Generous Influencers IS NOT responsible for ensuring sales. Meeting sales goals is the sole responsibility of the vendor. The vendor holds themselves accountable for all risks involved, including loss, damage, liability, or injury from any cause. The vendor releases and waives any claims against Generous Influencers, it's owners, and it's venue partners related to the previously mentioned statements.
