Students are responsible for arranging their own model patients in accordance with course requirements. Detailed model eligibility criteria, scheduling expectations, and instructions are communicated after enrollment and prior to the course date. Hands-on training is provided as part of the approved curriculum and requires student participation in meeting these requirements.Models are responsible for the cost of any product used during training. Product pricing is determined by the School and is payable at the time of service.

Course scheduling, participation requirements, cancellations, refunds, financial obligations, and completion requirements are governed by the Enrollment Agreement and current Course Catalog. Please review these documents carefully before enrollment.
