By enrolling in this SAT preparation program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- All enrollments are final. Once you sign up for the SAT class, your seat is reserved and program materials, planning, and instructor time are allocated specifically for your student.
- Missed classes are not refundable. If a student is absent from any session, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued.
- Withdrawals are non‑refundable. If a student chooses to drop the course after it has begun, no refunds will be provided for any remaining classes.
- Make‑up options are not guaranteed. Students may request to attend a future SAT class or a different cohort as a make‑up option; however, this is only permitted if space is available and cannot be guaranteed.
I authorize Muslim Teen Center to use such photographs, videos, audio recordings, and related media for educational, promotional, informational, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to print materials, digital media, social media, websites, and presentations. If the study, parent or, guardian has a specific concern regarding the use of their child’s image or media, they should notify the Muslim Teen Center directly so that appropriate accommodations can be discussed.
