    As this is an expected high volume attendance event, space selection is purchase of entrance fee and then assignment of spot as you arrive in order to ensure smooth logisitics. 

    Pavillion Booths:

    Booths are rented on a first come, first served basis.

    Tables can be provided for rent as well as tent; please ensure you add that quantity to order

    Booth categories are set as to not have too many of a specific category of item being sold; you are required to only sell what category you select

        The event runs from 9am-2pm as a span. Set up and placement occurs prior to that as early as 7am for arrival and placement in the rows

        By filling this out you agree that your wares are legal and that any illicit products or products deemed non family friendly may be requested to be put in vehicle by event staff

        Due to traffic and general attendance; early departure is not available 

        Registration will be confirmed day of with the information provided in this form; vendor fees are not refundable
