Order Confirmation
All orders are confirmed once payment is received.
Orders are prepared in small batches and made specifically for each customer.
Cancellations
Because our items are made to order:
Cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours before your scheduled pickup or ship date.
Cancellations requested within 72 hours of fulfillment cannot be refunded
If a cancellation is approved, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds
Due to the nature of handcrafted food items, refunds are not offered once an order has entered production.
Refunds may be considered only if:
There is an error made by Almonds & Honey, or
Your order is unable to be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
Almonds & Honey is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable
Once an order has shipped, it is considered fulfilled
Pickup Orders
Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed-upon date and time.
Missed pickups may result in forfeiture of the order
No refunds will be issued for unclaimed orders
Allergy Disclaimer
Our products may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, eggs, and other allergens.
While care is taken, Almonds & Honey cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
