      9 am:  Orientation tour of Hobart & William Smith Colleges campus (optional)

      11 am:  Women's Rights National Park ranger-led tour (Seneca Falls, NY) 

       1 - 4 pm:  On-your-own visits to 4 charming nearby schoolhouses 

       4 - 5 pm:  Meet-and-greet reception

       5 - 6 pm:  Kick-off Dinner on Hobart & William Smith campus

       6:30 pm:  Welcome & Keynote Address

    Monday, June 22 - Conference Presentations

       7 - 8 am: Breakfast on campus

       8:15 am - 12 noon: Morning sessions & Silent Auction bidding

       12 noon - 1 pm: Lunch on campus

       1 - 4 pm: Afternoon sessions & Silent Auction bidding

       4 - 5 pm: Networking and final Silent Auction bidding; campus tour re-offered 

       5 - 6 pm: Dinner

       6 pm: Pick up Silent Auction items

       6:30 pm: CSAA Annual Meeting & closing reception

    Tuesday, June 10 - Schoolhouse Site Visits 

       7 - 7:45 am: Breakfast on campus

       7:45 am - 5:45 pm: Daylong coach bus tour including picnic lunch

  • Each year at our conference we hold a Silent Auction of country school related items. The proceeds support CSAA Disaster Relief Grants. 

    Please remember to bring items for this annual event. There are typically many great items to bid on.

    You can drop off your auction items and obtain your bidding number ($1) during registration on Sunday. 

    The bidding will take place on Monday.

    Our conference venue offers particularly attractive, comfortable, and ECONOMICAL campus lodging in one of its finest residential buildings, constructed in 2005.  It is an easy 5-minute walk to the campus facility where our conference presentations and meals will be held. 

    • Lodging available 2, 3, or 4 nights (Saturday, June 20; Sunday, June 21, Monday, June 22, Tuesday, June 23) 
    • Bed linens provided; please bring your own towels
    • Three-story building with elevator
    • Air-conditioned facility with separate temperature controls in each room

    GENEVA-AREA HOTELS AND OTHER ACCOMMODATIONS

    Geneva is situated in New York's picturesque Finger Lakes region, a glorious summertime spot and thus a popular vacation destination; hotels are priced accordingly but within various price ranges. Staying on-campus represents an affordable alternative worth considering. Those who do not want to stay on-site are responsible for their own accommodations elsewhere. Several hotels are within a 5-minute drive of the Hobart and William Smith campus.

  • Refunds (less 20% fee) will be granted for cancellations received in writing by May 25, 2026; refunds will be processed after the conference.
