Ride Release Waiver
AUTHORIZATION & RELEASE FOR PARTICIPATION IN A RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY INVOLVING MOTORCYCLE RIDING
This agreement, covenant not to sue, liability waiver and release is entered into and acknowledged by the participant for good and valuable consideration of which is acknowledged, for his or her participation in a recreational activity involving a motorcycle ride ("Activity")
You, as the participant recognize and acknowledge that your participation in the Activity and related activities could/will expose you to risk of bodily and personal injury, damage to property, or the consequences thereof, including natural and manmade hazards and/or conditions known and unknown, seen and unforeseen.
You as the participant recognize and acknowledge the inherent dangers and risk presented by your participation in activities involving motorcycle riding. You further recognize that your participation in this activity is voluntary. You voluntarily assume all risk of loss, damage, and/or injury, that may be sustained while participating in the Activity and expressly waives and relinquishes any claim for negligence of any type whatsoever against the Punishers, any members, officers, participants, volunteers and all sponsors. You as the participant agree to save and hold harmless the Punishers, teams, any members, officers, participants, volunteers and all sponsors from any and all claims resulting while participating in the Activity or while on route to or from any premises upon which the Activity may take place. You agree to take all measures to protect your property, including all precautions against bodily or personal injury or property damage. You agree to follow all safety measures and to conduct all activities in a safe and responsible manner.
You acknowledge and agree that you are NOT under the influence of any drug, alcohol, or other substance which might affect your ability to execute this agreement or participation in the Activity. As a driving participant you acknowledge that you are legally licensed to drive a motorcycle and that, the motorcycle and yourself are legally insured in compliance with the laws of the state of Arkansas.
