• Call for Art: "Posters to Melt ICE"

    With this show we are looking for donated 11x17 posters that can be used to oppose the oppressive, cruel, and unjust assault on our communities by ICE. Each artist is invited to create up to three works, to be donated to the show. The gallery will then print a copy of all accepted work- which will be available for donation with all proceeds (after show expenses) going to support the Detroit People's Assembly. The People's Assembly is a local org working to support our neighbors and build popular opposition to ICE. After the show, all posters will be made available to the public for free via PDF.

  • You may submit up to three entries. You may submit multiple images to highlight detail of the work, but please utilize as few images as possible. Files should be in JPEG, PDF, or PNG format, no larger than 15MB.

    Submissions are open through 1/20
    Artists will be notified 1/24

    Our Gallery is a nonprofit with a limited budget, every dollar goes to helping us keep our space welcoming and comfortable for all people. A donation is not required and will have no bearing on your artwork's acceptance into the show.
