Are you available for the full period?* This field is required.This is a six-day immersion and requires full presence from arrival to closing. Participants are asked to arrive on the first day before 3:00 PM, and to remain until the closing circle and lunch on the final day. As the location is in central Portugal, we recommend arriving in Portugal at least one day before the immersion begins and departing the day after it ends, to allow time for rest and integration.

Contribution & Access
The contribution for this six-day immersion reflects the full experience, including accommodation, meals, ceremonies, preparation guidance, and integration support.

We aim to hold this exchange in a way that is fair, transparent, and rooted in mutual respect.

Contribution options:

Private room: €3,500
Shared room: €3,200
Bell tent: €2,900

A €500 deposit is required to confirm your application for gatherings with available space and will be applied toward the total contribution. The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks before the start of the immersion.

Each contribution helps support the land, the team, and the great care that goes into holding this work with integrity.

Supported Access
We understand that financial circumstances can vary. For this reason, we offer a limited number of supported spaces at a reduced contribution.

These spaces are offered through a trust-based and honour-based system, and we ask that they be requested only in cases of genuine financial need.

If you feel called to join but finances are a challenge, please share this with us in your application. We are open to a respectful conversation where appropriate.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
Because these gatherings are intentionally small and carefully prepared, each place represents a significant commitment of time, resources, and care.

- Full contribution is due no later than two weeks before the start of the immersion.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 60 days of the gathering start date.

- If your place can be filled, we may offer a refund or transfer your contribution to a future gathering, minus a €150 administrative fee.

- We ask that this policy be respected, as it allows us to steward these gatherings responsibly and offer the space to others when possible.
