Self control is connected to healthy social and emotional skills. In this session, teachers will learn how to use movement activities to teach children self-regulation, social, and emotional skills. By purposely planning movement games, teachers can reduce misbehaviors in the classroom. This training will be full of fun games, movement, and songs guaranteed to make your days easier.
