THANK YOU for your interest in the Gold's Gym Basketball League. Our league begins Summer 2026 (expected mid-July start) at Gold's Gym Newburgh.

Games take place Monday & Tuesday Nights at 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM.

Who: Adults 18+ (Gold's Gym Newburgh & Middletown Members Only)
Cost: $600/team (8 -10 players)
Free Agents: $70 (Placed on teams as needed)
