Event Media Terms and Conditions:
By purchasing, holding, or presenting this ticket, and/or by attending this event, I acknowledge and agree that the event will be audio and video recorded, live or later broadcast, and that photographs will be taken throughout the event. I hereby grant Mister and Miss HBCU Inc., its affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty‑free right and permission to record, photograph, and otherwise capture my image, voice, likeness, and performance (collectively, the “Footage”) and to use, reproduce, edit, modify, adapt, broadcast, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise the Footage, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to promotional, advertising, marketing, archival, and commercial purposes. I understand and agree that I will not receive any compensation, payment, or royalties for the use of the Footage, and I waive any right to inspect or approve any final product, including any written or electronic copy, in which my likeness appears. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, discharge, and hold harmless Mister and Miss HBCU Inc., its officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, representatives, affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of the Footage, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, or any other personal or proprietary rights. By signing this ticket form and/or entering the event premises, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Media Release & Consent.
