Important Information for Families Enrolling Multiple ChildrenIf you are registering more than one child, please include the child’s name in any important health or information boxes so each child’s details are attached to the correct registration.
Is your child currently taking any medications we should be aware of?Please list any prescription or over-the-counter medications your child is currently taking that staff should be aware of in the event of an emergency.Medication Policy: Hidden Bee staff do not administer routine medications, and children may not carry or self-administer medications while in our care. This includes over-the-counter medications and non-emergency prescription medications.The only exception is physician-directed emergency life-saving medication, such as an EpiPen or rescue inhaler. Any emergency medication must be approved in advance and include physician information and clear medical instructions. Approved emergency medication will be kept by staff in a secure location with quick access for emergency use.
Please provide any important medical, developmental, behavioral, sensory, or other health information we should know about to help us provide a safe and supportive environment for your camper.This may include allergies, asthma, seizure disorders, diabetes, autism, ADHD, vision or hearing concerns, mobility needs, sensory needs, emotional or behavioral concerns, or any other condition or diagnosis that may affect your child’s care, participation, safety, or support while at camp.Hidden Bee Farm staff do not administer routine medications. Campers bring their own lunch and snacks, but occasional group treats or snacks may be offered, such as popsicles, watermelon, or similar simple items. Authorized Pickup Required
A separate Authorized Pickup Form will be sent after registration and must be completed no later than one week before camp begins. Every person authorized to pick up your child must be listed on that form, including parents, grandparents, relatives, and any other approved pickup person. Children will only be released to individuals listed on the completed form, and photo ID may be required.

I give permission for my child to attend camp and participate in camp activities. In the event of illness, injury, or emergency, I authorize qualified personnel to provide or obtain appropriate care for my child.
