1.Liability: The Vendor agrees to protect, save, and keep The Cottage Farm Stand & Baking Co., The Strawberry Festival, its employees, volunteers and agents forever harmless from any and all damages or charges imposed for any violation of any law ordinance, whether occasioned by the negligence of the Vendor or the representatives, agents or those persons acting under the express of implied authority of the Vendor.2.Reservation for space will be made in the order in which signed contracts are received. Available space will be on a first-come first-served basis. The Cottage reserves the right to relocate display areas, at any time for the benefit of the vendor or for the betterment of the Strawberry Festival.3.Payment and Cancellation Policy: Exhibit fees must be paid in full no later than April 15, 2026 or later if registration is accepted after this date.  NO refund will be made after May 6, 2026, including cancellation of the event for inclement weather, unsafe conditions of the grounds or acts of nature.  Payment may be made online via the registration portal or via PayPal @ marleneknightevents@gmail.com OR Venmo: @cottagehwy56.  Checks may be made to:  The Cottage Farm Stand and mailed to:  Marlene Knight1220 Highway 279S.Owensboro, KY  42301 or brought in person to The Cottage Farm Stand.  4.Dimensions and Limitations: Vendor space sizes are outlined on the registration form. Tables, chairs, canopies and all other equipment and display materials are the responsibility of the vendor.  Note: All vendors will be in the grass field located on The Cottage property in front of The Cottage.  ELECTRICITY is not available for vendors.  Generators are acceptable, but need to be disclosed on the registration form and quiet as to not disturb other vendors.  The vendor assumes complete responsibility and liability for all loss, damage, or destruction of his or her property, employees, agents, and guests.  The Cottage Farm Stand & Baking Co., The Strawberry Festival its sponsors, any officer, agent, or employee there will not be liable for loss, damage, or destruction of Vendor’s property by accident or any other cause.  The Vendor also assumes full responsibility and liability for all injury to any and all persons or property caused by the Vendor, its agents, representatives, oremployees.5.The Strawberry Festival hours for the public will be Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 9am to 5pm and Sunday, June 14, 2026 from 9am to 5pm6.Installation of Exhibits may begin at 11am on Friday, June 12, 2026, and continue until 8am, Saturday, June 13, 2026.  All vendors and vehicles must be out of the area before dark on June 12, 2026. Overnight security will be provided by The Cottage Farm Stand.  Additional set up time is 6am – 8am Saturday, June 13, 2026.  All vehicles must be moved to the vendor parking area by 8am Saturday, June 13, 2026.  One vehicle will be allowed, per vendor for parking in the vendor parking area.7.Dismantling: No vendor shall dismantle any booths during show hours or before closing time.  Vendors are allowed toleave materials overnight, weather permitting, as there will be overnight security.8.Amendment to Regulations: All matters and questionsnot covered by these regulations are subject to the decision of Marlene Knightand/or her assignee. The Cottage Farm Stand owner & her assignee(s) shallhave sole authority to promulgate, interpret, and enforce all rules andregulations, and to make any amendments necessary for the orderly conduct ofthe Strawberry Festival.
