In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I hereby myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against AAPF/APF; Die Hard Gym; their representatives, successors and assignees for any and all injuries or bodily harm that I might suffer while competing at the Arizona State AAPF/APF Powerlifting meet. I also agree that all pictures and video taken by the designated meet photographer may be used for advertisement and in sport publications.
