In accordance with WAC 296-117-060, which states that theatrical and modeling agencies may not charge fees for the purpose of recruitment, application, or joining an agency, we wish to explicitly clarify the following:
No Application Fees: The Ubella Models & Talent Agency does not charge application fees, registration fees, or "joining" fees. Your representation with us is based solely on your talent and professional potential.
Separate Technical Services: The professional digital marketing assets provided by Lurtico Consulting Group are a separate technical service and are distinct from your representation by The Ubella Models & Talent Agency.
Representation & Digital Requirements Application for representation with our agency is free of charge; we earn solely through industry-standard commissions on the bookings we secure for you. However, to maintain an active presence on our submission roster, all talent must be hosted on our Digital PR & Portfolio Management Suite. This professional infrastructure—which includes high-bandwidth hosting for 4K reels, SEO management, and digital asset maintenance—is provided and maintained by Lurtico Consulting Group. While there is no fee to join the agency, a monthly service fee for the Lurtico Digital Suite is required to host your professional portfolio and facilitate casting submissions.
Professional Service & Representation Disclosure
Standard Representation:
The Ubella Models & Talent Agency operates as a commission-based agency. We do not charge an upfront fee for representation. Our agency commission is deducted only from the gross earnings of successfully booked engagements secured through our office.
Digital PR & Portfolio Management:
To compete in the high-fashion editorial and national touring markets, all active talent on our roster must maintain a professional, high-bandwidth digital presence. Ubella utilizes the Lurtico Consulting Group Digital Suite to host, manage, and optimize your professional assets. This service includes: 4K Video & High-Resolution Asset Hosting: Essential for review by global talent buyers. SEO Management: Ensuring your portfolio is discoverable by casting directors and scouts. Portfolio Maintenance: Continuous updates to your digital "book" and PR materials.
Disclosure of Fees:
While the application for representation is free, please be advised that should you be selected for the roster, a monthly or annual service fee is required to maintain your active profile on our Digital PR & Portfolio Management Suite. This fee covers the technical infrastructure provided by Lurtico Consulting Group and is separate from agency commission. Participation in additional services, such as professional development workshops or agency-curated wardrobe kits via De La Trend, is optional but recommended for career advancement.
