Official Rules· The Challenge will run for 8 Weeks with 2 different flights, Flight A running from 1/5-3/16; Flight B running from 1/19-3/30. Participants may weigh in after the start of the challenge but still must weigh in at the scheduled weigh out time. Participants may also weigh out prior to their scheduled weigh-out time but never after. Must be at least 18 years of age to enter. Employees at Gold’s Gym/Sunsation's and their spouses may not participate in the Challenge. Body composition, and measurements will be taken by a before and after InBody scan. No other measurements will be collected. The winners will be judged on the greatest physical change based on before and after scans with the following metrics: % of Body Fat Lost, % of Muscle Gained, to end up with a total challenge score. Gold’s Gym reserves the right to interpret these rules as necessary. Participants may not receive any body modification surgery during the challenge. Each participant assumes all risk of injury, harm or loss of any kind arising from participation in the Gold’s Gym Challenge. Consult with your physician or health-care provider before starting any new exercise or nutrition program especially if you suffer from any medical condition or regularly use prescription or over-the-counter medications.
